About the Founder
Emily Hollis MBE FCCT is a highly regarded leading educationalist and headteacher with extensive achievements in the sector. She is experienced in providing the vision and leadership required to ensure high quality education. She is a pioneer for educational equality and social mobility.
Emily received an MBE from Her Majesty the Queen in the New Year 2021 Honours List for Services to Education. Emily was also awarded the She Inspires 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award and was a finalist in GESS Education awards in Dubai for outstanding contributions to education. Emily is a Founding Fellow for the Chartered College of Teaching and previously stood for election as Vice President of the Chartered College.
Emily works full time as a Headteacher in a special educational needs college in Kent. She is also a Regional Coordinator for the NADSL.
